The purpose of this project is in the interest of self care.
Feeels® is an interactive phone application that checks in with you and your emotional well being during times when you might forget to.
Every 12 hours the app will prompt you to take stock of your feelings by asking the simple question, “How are you feeling?”. While the gammut of feelings is still in development I was able to track and plot my feelings as they correspond to various colors for the 2019-2020 year.
The end resuls was this book; gradients of colors and feelings from January 2019 to January 2020. Feeels® has a third component that takes life in the form of a brutalist art installation that couples personalized color information with relaxing sound design.
